Refund policy

Your right to return
You have 14 days from the day you receive your disco cat to tell us you want to return it. You do not need to give a reason.

Once you have told us, you have a further 14 days to send it back. What counts is the date you hand the parcel to the carrier, not the date it arrives with us.

To start a return, contact us through our contact page or at info@grooovypaws.com. Please tell us before you send anything: parcels that arrive without a return being agreed first cannot be accepted.

Condition
Your disco cat needs to come back in the same condition you received it, undamaged and in its original packaging. Please keep the box and the padding until you are sure you are keeping your cat. A sculpture covered in mirror tiles cannot travel safely in anything else.

Who pays for the return
Return shipping is paid by the customer. This applies to every return. If you would rather we arrange the label for you, we can, and the cost is then deducted from your refund.

Shipping you paid at checkout is not refunded on a change of mind return. Shipping within Europe is free, so in practice this only affects orders shipped outside Europe.

If something is wrong with your cat
If your disco cat arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately and send photos of the problem. Do not wait for the 14 days to run out.

This is not a return, it is something we need to put right, and the costs are ours and not yours. We will work with you to find a solution, whether that is a repair, a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds
We will let you know once we have received and inspected your return, and whether the refund was approved. If it is, you are refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may need a few days more to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.

What cannot be returned
Gift cards.

Disco cats made to your own specifications as a custom request, since a cat made to one person's brief cannot be offered to anyone else. This exception does not apply to pre-orders: a pre-ordered cat is a standard design and can be returned like any other.
