Shipping is free and included in the price, no matter where you are in the world. Custom duties that may apply are for the customer.
If your Disco Cat arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the issue so we can work with you to find a suitable solution. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the item within 30 days of delivery. Please notify us in advance. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
When will I receive my order?
Once your order is confirmed, we will pack and ship it as soon as possible (unless stated otherwise).
We ship from Belgium, so please keep in mind that delivery may take a few days depending on your location.
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code so you can follow your package’s delivery status.
Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to customs duties or import taxes (Groovy Paws is based in Belgium).
For orders outside the EU, your package may be subject to import duties and/or taxes upon arrival, depending on your country’s regulations and order value. These charges are set by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
If applicable, you will receive an email from the shipping carrier with instructions on how to pay these fees before your package can be delivered.
